Adagio Health appoints new members to the Board of Directors

Crystal L. Clark, Steve Sokoloski, and Adam N. Quatrini join Board of Directors; Hillary DeFrancesco is selected as Chair of Young Leadership Council


Pittsburgh, PA (June 26, 2023) – Three new members have joined Adagio Health’s Board of Directors: Crystal L. Clark, Chief Medical Officer, Community Health Choices at UPMC Health Plan; Steve Sokoloski, Program Manager at Highmark Health; and Adam N. Quatrini, Esq., Quatrini Law Group.

 Crystal L. Clark, MD, MPH, is a board-certified physician executive, and is the Chief Medical Officer for UPMC Community Health Choices. In this role, she provides statewide clinical leadership which includes home and community-based services, nursing home transitions, care coordination, community engagement, quality, health equity, provider network expansion, and sponsorship of strategic initiatives. She is also the Senior Advisor to the UPMC Center for Social Impact, providing expertise on concept design, pilot programs, and evaluation of project portfolios to positively impact social determinants of health.


 Steve Sokoloski has been with Highmark Health since 2019, and previously spent 17 years working for Comcast Spotlight (now Effectv) as a Senior Account Executive. Steve was a founding member of Adagio Health’s Young Leadership Council and is the former Chair of the group. He is also the Board Chair of Literacy Pittsburgh and was in the XVI graduating class of Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative Program.


Attorney at Law, Adam N. Quatrini, represents injured workers in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability/SSI claims in the Greensburg area. Before law school, he spent two years in Washington, D.C. working for two separate members of the House of Representatives. Adam is a passionate advocate of Mental Health American’s Westmoreland County chapter, and he is a member of several professional associations including Westmoreland County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Laurel Legal Services, and Duquesne Law School Alumni Association. Adam also won the Super Lawyers Rising Star award.

Additionally, Hillary DeFrancesco, Manager of Special Projects at Familylinks, was appointed Chair of the Young Leadership Council. In her current role with Familylinks, she works with Community Health Workers to address social determinant of health needs of seniors and individuals with intellectual and development disabilities and/or autism. Hillary was recognized as one of the 2021 Pittsburgh Business Times 30 under 30 awardees and as one of 2022 Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest through the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
