Lindsey Chappel, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner Lindsey Chappel is based out of Adagio Health’s New Castle Medical Office but also visits other locations as needed. “I love being able to walk beside people during some of the most difficult or most joyful times in their lives, as well as being able to provide necessary resources to those who may need support.” Before joining Adagio Health 8 years ago, Lindsey worked as a Neonatal ICU Nurse at a Pittsburgh hospital. Lindsey lives in Harmony, PA with her husband and 2 young children.


Carley Fleck, MSN, FNP-C
Carley Fleck started with Adagio Health in October of 2021. Before joining Adagio Health, she worked in a medical ICU for 4 years in Erie, PA at a large hospital system. Her primary experience is critical care, but she's very excited to venture more into Women’s Health and to be a part of the Adagio Health team. She says, "I love my job because I am able to help patients and the community. Making a positive impact on these patients is very important to me. I love that they can come to me with their questions and concerns and that I can offer guidance & necessary resources to help them through the issue.  I love the medical field because it is a field of constant learning. As a nurse practitioner I can expand my learning to a different level by providing my experience as a nurse with the care of a provider."

 

Crystle Harcar, DNP, NP-C
Crystle Harcar has been with Adagio Health since August 2019. She specializes as a family nurse practitioner with her doctorate in Nursing Practice. As a nurse, she worked in Labor and Delivery at Magee Women’s Hospital. As a nurse  practitioner, her experience has been working with women providing reproductive, infertility, pre-natal, and post-menopausal care since 2013. She says, “I love being able to provide pertinent resources to any and all of our patients.  They have access to more services at Adagio Health than they do at other places, which is so important when providing holistic care.”
 

Marilyn Nebel, MSN, CRNP
Marilyn Nebel has been working for Adagio Health since April of 2000. Her entire nursing career has been spent working in women’s health and OB/GYN.  Marilyn actually retired at the end of 2016 but returned to work part-time in July 2019. She is married with 3 grown children and has 3 grandchildren. She is also retired from the US Army, having served 25 years.

Our services include: Family Planning, Birth Control, STI Testing & Treatment, Gynecological Care, PrEP, Care for Men, Cancer Screening, Tobacco & Nicotine Cessation Services, and our Adagio HealthCheck adult health care basics. We accept most insurance, and many of our services are available at NO cost to patients who qualify. You’re welcome here!
