SNAP (Food Stamps) | You're Welcome Here

SNAP (Food Stamps)

Adagio Health is partnering with Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank to improve food security through the SNAP program. SNAP allows you to increase your buying power each month.

If you qualify, you will receive an EBT card, similar to a debit card, that allows you to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, canned goods, and more in most grocery and convenience stores.
  • The amount of benefits you receive depends on your income and housing expenses.
  • Most people who receive Social Security benefits qualify for SNAP.
  • SNAP benefits can now be used online with several grocery retailers.
Please use the SNAP federal income guidelines to see if you may qualify.

Interested in SNAP? Fill out this form and we will connect you to Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank to see if you are eligible for SNAP over the phone.

Did you know SNAP & WIC can work together?

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is a supplemental nutrition program for families that can provide nutrition information, breastfeeding support, and referrals to helpful health and social services. WIC is for pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women and children up to the age of 5. You may enroll in both WIC and SNAP at the same time to receive maximum benefits. Learn more about WIC or sign up today!
