A health and wellness initiative designed to connect more eligible patients to low and no cost services
Adagio Health is currently partnering with local businesses and nonprofit organizations to ensure that breast and cervical cancer screening services along with other needed health services are available to all who need them. If you have employees who do not currently have health insurance or who may be under-insured, fill out the form below to find out how the Adagio Health Wellness Project can connect your staff to local health care providers. Services are available at no cost to patients who qualify (and there is no cost for their employers.)
Available services include: Breast Cancer Screenings including Screening Mammograms, 3D Mammogram, Breast Ultrasounds, and MRIs; Cervical Cancer Screenings including Pelvic Exams, Pap and HPV tests, and Colposcopies; Birth Control including long-acting options such as IUD’s, Implants & Birth Control Pills; STD Testing & Treatment; HIV Testing and more.
