More detailed information is available on our Family Planning and Gynecology page.

Pregnancy Care

Adagio Health provides care for pregnant women from their first prenatal visit through delivery. Comprehensive prenatal care services are tailored to meet the individual needs of expectant mothers. Adagio Health provides or arranges for such special care as nutrition counseling, home medical visits, transportation assistance, parenting classes, and substance abuse counseling.

In addition:

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program provides food and nutrition education to pregnant women and young children. Adagio Health is the fourth largest WIC provider in Pennsylvania.

Adagio Health's Healthy Start House provides residential care to pregnant women and women with young children. New mothers learn to care for their infants while gaining emotional and physical strength and making connections to community resources. Healthy Start House also provides prenatal and postpartum education and support. Read more about Adagio Health's pregnancy care.
