Whitney Hill, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C
Whitney started working at Adagio Health in January 2022. Before joining Adagio Health, she worked as a registered nurse in intensive care and as a nurse practitioner in primary care. Whitney is passionate about helping her community reach their optimal health. “I was born and raised in Indiana County, so I love getting to serve my community and help them reach their health goals. Adagio Health has so many great resources that allows me to better do that. I hope when patients come to our office, they know they are welcomed and that it is a safe place to address any concern or need they may have”. In addition to her career she is married and a mother of two little girls.

Shelby Hawk, CRNP
Prior to starting her role as a CRNP at Adagio Health, Shelby worked as a Registered Nurse at Excela for 7 years. While working full time, she attended school for a family nurse practitioner degree at Carlow University.  As she began her new role at Adagio Health, Shelby had this to say, “I am excited to serve as a CRNP at Adagio Health. I love the culture here and everyone within the organization has been kind and welcoming. I am also excited to connect with my patients and learn all the ways I can help them.”

Michele McCracken, Office Manager
Indiana Medical Office Manager Michele McCracken has been with Adagio Health for 21 years, “And I have enjoyed every minute of it! For the first 8 years, I was a Medical Assistant and I was promoted to Office Manager in 2008.”

Our services include: Family Planning, Birth Control, STI Testing & Treatment, Gynecological Care, PrEP, Care for Men, Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening and Treatment Programs, Tobacco and Nicotine Cessation Services, COVID-19 Vaccines for patients ages 12 and up, and an extensive menu of adult health care basics including screenings, adult immunizations, and more.
